Ela Ekmekçigil, MD
Dr. Ela is a surgeon from Turkey. She was graduated from Ege University Medical Faculty and had the residency of general surgery at the same university. During her education; hepatopancreatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation was an intens part of her residency and after she worked in Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital. For advancing on laparoscopic hepatopancreatobiliary surgery and donor hepatectomy; she studied in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital in South Korea; and Institute Mutualiste Monsouris and Beaujon Hospital in Paris, France. She’s currently working in Istanbul.
