Linda Richetelli-Pepe, MBA, CHC

Linda Richetelli-Pepe, MBA is a practicing Certified Healthcare Consultant with extensive commercial health insurance expertise and a proven record of harmonizing clinical, economic, and patient centric value propositions to drive optimal alignment in healthcare delivery.

Her specialization includes applying healthcare economic analyses in diverse markets to identify actionable value opportunities. Specific application for the medical device industry includes treatment modalities for Obesity and Metabolic Health and general surgical procedures.
Over her 40 years in the healthcare delivery system, she has held executive positions with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Connecticut and Anthem in marketing, national account sales, operations, member services and underwriting. Linda Richetelli-Pepe is past Senior Director of Healthcare Economics, Policy and Reimbursement and Executive of Women in Surgery for the Medtronic Surgical Business. She joined Medtronic (then Covidien) in 2008 holding pivotal positions in professional affairs in clinical education, marketing, market development, and healthcare economics- all focused on optimizing key surgical treatments to benefit patients. Linda has led strategy and innovation to deliver value- based healthcare programs that align payers and employers with providers and patients. These include development of customer facing value models, analytical payer/reimbursement dashboards, payer market analyses, treatment decision support videos, and business acumen training.

Linda is an international advocate for ergonomic medical devices and business acumen for female surgeons. She holds a BS in English Education from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University.
