Join us for the 15th Annual Women in Surgery Career Symposium dedicated to supporting women in the field of Surgery—a dynamic gathering where sponsorship can make a tangible difference in the lives of aspiring female surgeons. Our program is meticulously crafted to provide not only an educational summit but also a fertile ground for mentorship, leadership development, and the cultivation of lifelong professional networks.

We are offering a first-come, first-serve sponsorship opportunity to enthusiastic students which will cover the key components of their participation: hotel accommodations and event registration.

Please make sure that when you are completing this form you include three other students that you would like to share a room with. Only one application is required per group of 4.

Group Room Deposit: Please note, this deposit guarantees your group a hotel room. The funds will be refunded at the registration desk of the symposium. Please be advised that once you have received your room confirmation number, your registration is considered final. Should you fail to attend the event (no-show), you will no longer qualify for a refund.
